Hand-Heart Design Firm is based on the 9th floor, No. 136, Zhongzheng 4th Road, Qianjin District, Kaohsiung 801, Taiwan, and works with partners across the country. Overseas projects, and projects in northern and central Taiwan, run mainly over online meetings, with on-site meetings or site surveys arranged when the work calls for it. You are welcome to write in English.

Within two working days, the person who handles this type of project replies to the address you left. They reply after reading what you wrote, not with a template.
The reply proposes a thirty-minute introductory call: we listen to where you are, explain how we would work, and judge together whether it is a fit. The call is free and there is nothing to prepare.
If the scale, the timeline or the field is not a good match for Hand-Heart, we say so and point you to someone who can help, as far as we are able.
