科技與生活密不可分，在這個物物聯網的時代，資安防護無疑成為現代人最重視的議題之一。電信技術中心根據「物聯網系統層級資安防護評估指引」為測試標準，以四大流程完成物聯網系統的安全性評估，將艱深難懂的資安轉換成民眾容易理解「星等」評比。
Technology and life are inseparable. In this era of the internet of things, information security protection has become one of the important issues for people. Based on the internet of things system level security evaluation as the standard, the Telecom Technology Center uses four major processes to complete the security evaluation of the internet of things system, converting complicated information into the star ranking that is easier to understand.
本次設計目標希望能跳脫一般資安、防毒軟體等既定的「盾牌」意象，並強化資訊串連、傳輸過程中的防護概念，同時也保有「標章」的功能性與目的：簡單、直覺、印象深刻。確立設計目標後，團隊以「九宮格法」初步篩選代表「防護」的關鍵意象，透過大量、直覺、快速的草圖繪製，進一步收斂並確立標章的輪廓造型。
The goal of this label design is to design a new image that is different from the common shield label of security and antivirus software, and to strengthen the concept of protection in the process of information connection and transmission, while maintaining the functionality and purpose of the label: simple, intuitive, impressive.
After establishing the design goal, our team initially confirmed the key image of “protection” with the nine-rectangle grid method of design. Through a large number of intuitive and fast sketching, we filter further and established the basic image of the label.
「透過系統的高效運作與層層防護把關，打造穩定且安全的智慧城市。」為此次標章設計的核心概念，以三角錐的幾何形狀建構出有如金字塔般堅固的核心結構，上下鏡像呈現的兩座金字塔分別象徵整合虛擬、現實社會的物聯網系統架構，而組成金字塔的三面則代表著物聯網「感知層」、「網路層」、「分析層」的體系，並透過點與線的相互串聯，傳遞資訊的傳輸與流通。內層隱藏的字母「S」（Security）以立體方式呈現，傳達全面式的安全防護、穩定循環的意涵。
“Through the efficient operation of the system and levels of protection, a stable and safe smart city will be built.” As the core concept of the design of the label, construct a structure that is as strong as a pyramid in the shape of a traffic corn.
The two pyramids symbolize the system architecture of the Internet of things that integrates virtual and reality, and the three sides that make up the pyramid represent the system of the “perception layer”, “network layer” and “analysis layer” of the internet of things. Connected with points and lines to each other in series to convey the transmission and circulation of information. The unapparent letter “S” (Security) in the inner is presented in 3D manner, conveying the meaning of comprehensive security protection and stable circulation.
