「讓幸福的傳遞綿延不絕」 新春賀卡 ，新北社會局作為地方政府局處機關，常年用心規劃民眾所需，透過各項福利政策的推動落實，提供年長者、兒少、婦女、弱勢等族群相應的資源協助與輔導媒合，藉由多項的關懷政策及福利措施，將「幸福」延伸至社會每一個角落。

“Ensuring the continuous spread of happiness.” New Taipei Social Affairs Bureau has been dedicated to planning for the needs of the public. Through the actual implementation of welfare policies, it provides services to the elderly, youth, women, and other vulnerable groups. Through caring policies and welfares, ‘happiness’ is extended to everywhere.

「福兔綿延－讓幸福的傳遞綿延不絕」

透過多種象徵「幸福與福氣」的視覺語彙，在 新春賀卡 中轉譯新北社會局在新的一年將持續積極透過各種福利措施的推動，傳遞幸福給予市民朋友的意象。畫面中透過環繞奔跑的福兔表達誠摯祝福之意，象徵著轉動的改變與福氣的綿延；蝴蝶與花朵則意味「美麗的綻放，傳送幸福的氣息」；而複數的兔子則代表身邊時常陪伴大家度過難關的朋友；祝福新的一年大家皆能蛻變成新的自己，將幸福分享給身邊周遭，使幸福不斷綿延至社會。

Through visual symbols representing ‘happiness and fortune,’ it interprets the image of the New Taipei ＳSocial Affairs Bureau continuing to actively promote welfare measures in the new year. Symbolizing continuous changes and prosperity, the running rabbits in the picture express the sincere blessing of good luck. The butterflies and flowers mean beautiful blooms that send an atmosphere of happiness, and a herd of rabbits represents those dependable friends who accompany us through hardship. Wishing everyone can transform into a new self in the upcoming year, sharing happiness with their surroundings, making happiness continuously flows throughout society.
