立法院 新年賀卡 以雙龍戲珠為概念，透過橘子帶入大吉大利的象徵與祝福，同時也增添幾分微妙的趣味性；而雙龍分別手持的火炬與法槌，則代表著人民與政府的自由民主與法治正義。

Inspired by the Chinese folklore of “Two Dragons Playing with a Pearl,” our concept substitutes orange for pearl, conveying fortune and blessing with a charming twist. The dragons, each holding a torch and a gavel, symbolize democracy and the rule of law.

左右對稱的構圖，呼應議會建築的對稱特點，也以隱喻的方式表現立法院所秉持的公平和公正原則，及政府傾聽民意的承諾。

The symmetrical composition echoes the balanced architectural features of the parliamentary building and metaphorical represents the Legislative Yuan’s commitment to justice.
