受疫情影響，2020年的世界一度停止運轉，但人們仍戴上口罩，不減微笑地為了明天而努力。力成科技本年度的CSR設計以此為題，利用封面與書名頁對比的手法，呈現企業面對挑戰時隱藏的韌實力。

Affected by the Covid-19, the world almost ceases in 2020. However, people wear masks and still work hard for tomorrow without reducing their smiles. This CSR design for Powertech Technology is based on this theme, using the method of comparing the cover and the title page to show the hidden strength of Powertech Technology.

封面描繪口罩不離口的力成同仁們，利用無彩色的配色與面無表情的人物插畫，象徵面對疫情下多舛的未來，與人們徬徨與迷惘的心境；當翻開報告書後展現的則是燦爛笑容的影像，其驚喜與反差的感覺，貼切地詮釋此次報告書的主題「封不住的力量」，呈現力成上下不畏疫情，團結一致、彼此扶持的堅定信念。即便景況艱難，仍封不住企業的熱情與堅毅，低調卻令人驚豔的展示自我。

The cover depicts the partners of Powertech Technology who wear masks all the time, using achromatic color schemes and expressionless characters illustration to symbolize the uncertain future of the epidemic and the confusion with people; open up the CSR, it shows an image of a bright smile, and its contrasting feeling aptly interprets the theme of this CSR “unstoppable power”, showing the belief that we will not fear the epidemic, unite and support each other. Even in difficult circumstances, the enthusiasm and perseverance of Powertech Technology still cannot be stopped, and it is a low-key but stunning display of oneself.

章節頁設計呼應封面風格，將各部門的主管以寫實插畫方式呈現，使資訊量龐大的報告書多了溫暖、貼近的親切感，卻不失其嚴謹與專業；內頁所有icon與圖表的設計同樣以一致的手繪風格表現，將龐大的文字量轉化為資訊圖表，使閱讀者能更直覺的理解其內容重點，其中飽和卻不過於鮮豔的色彩計畫也貫串全書設計，閱讀時能更加明確的區分各章節，同時再次展現企業以人為本、重視社會責任的穩重信念。

The chapter pages echo the style of the cover, presenting the heads of each department with realistic illustrations, making the CSR with a huge amount of information more intimacy, but without losing rigor and professionalism; all the icons and charts on the inside pages are also designed in a consistent hand-drawn style. The huge amount of text is transformed into infographics, so that readers can more intuitively understand the key points of the content. The saturated but not overly bright color plan also runs through the design of the CSR, and the chapters can be distinguished more clearly when reading. It once again demonstrates the firm belief that Powertech Technology is people-oriented and values social responsibility.
